I just realized that I have not posted a blog since Aug. of last year. WOW!
 Alot has happened since. I started an LLC for the catering in Jan. 2008. I have also done lots of catering. I was recently invited to be a BBQ vendor for the 175th anniversary for Marting Guitars in Nazareth, PA. I so excited to be doing that job.
I do not have many more dates available for this year. So book them soon.
It has been 4 months since I started the blog on my site. Sorry I have not posted anything recently.
I have catered a few events this year. First one was the 2007 North Plainfield Street Fair in North Plainfield, NJ. I served 80 pounds of pulled pork, 30 racks of baby back ribs and 75 pieces of chicken quarters in 5 hours! It was a long day but worth it.
Second event was the Glen Hale, Inc. company picnic in Easton, PA at Hugh Moore Park. I served 15 racks of back back ribs, 50 pieces of chicken and 15 pound of pulled pork. Everyone had a great time and I now have a lead on catering semi weekly events at park. I hope I get the gig.
